By accessing this website or engaging the services of Hautedesigns (“Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

Hautedesigns provides premium graphic design, branding, visual identity, and creative direction services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in separate engagement agreements or statements of work (SOW) executed with each client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

All creative work, designs, concepts, and deliverables produced by Hautedesigns remain the intellectual property of the Studio until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the project agreement.

All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and imagery featured on hautedesigns.com, is the exclusive property of Hautedesigns and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Portfolio work displayed on our website is shown with client permission and may not be reproduced or used by third parties without express written consent.

Clients engaging Hautedesigns agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to complete the project
• Respond to feedback requests, approvals, and communications within agreed timeframes
• Ensure they have the legal right to any assets (logos, photos, copy) provided to the Studio
• Pay all invoices according to the agreed payment schedule
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary Studio methodologies and processes

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment schedules, are specified in individual project agreements. General terms include:

• A non-refundable deposit is required before project commencement
• Final deliverables are released only upon receipt of final payment
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in the project agreement
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees at our standard hourly rate. Client approval at each milestone constitutes acceptance of that phase of work.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project or agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hautedesigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to that date. Work created up to the termination date remains the property of Hautedesigns until full payment is received.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
